when you use our website and ordering services.
1. What we collect
Account info: name, email, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), phone (optional).
Order info: shipping address, items ordered, payment confirmation (we never see your card number).
Technical info: IP address, browser, device, cookies for cart/session persistence.
Optional info: address book entries, wishlist items, notes you add to orders.
2. How we use it
To process and fulfill your orders, including handing the shipping address to UPS or FedEx to generate a label.
To send order confirmations, tracking updates, and (only if you opt in) marketing email.
To detect fraud and protect against abuse.
To improve the Service.
3. Who we share it with
Payment processor (Zoho Payments) — handles your card data directly; we receive only a confirmation.
Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx) — your name + address + phone, to create the label and deliver the package.
Service providers like Hostinger (hosting) and Google Analytics (site analytics) under strict contracts.
We never sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session login, cart persistence, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies
in your browser, but cart + login will stop working.
5. Your rights
Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: update inaccurate information in your account settings.
Deletion: ask us to delete your account and associated personal data (some records, like
paid orders, we retain for tax/accounting purposes for 7 years).
Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. All traffic uses HTTPS. We follow industry-standard practices but
no system is 100% secure; if there's a breach, we will notify affected users.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
If we materially change this Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate,
email registered users.
