You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place orders through this Service.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@mykoshergrocery.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Every product carries the hechsher (kosher certification) shown on its package. We do not modify, repackage, or remove certifications. If you have a specific certification question, contact us before ordering.
See our Delivery Information page for cutoffs, ship windows, and the list of services we offer. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as a label is generated.
Perishable items (produce, dairy, meat, fish, bakery) are non-returnable for food-safety reasons. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or missing, email us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the item.
You agree not to: (a) abuse, harass, or threaten other users or staff; (b) attempt to access accounts that are not yours; (c) attempt to disrupt the Service; (d) use automated scraping or scripting against the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order at issue.
